Most in-stock items ship the next business day from the date ordered, except in the case of U.S. Federal Holidays. Fratline ships the majority of our products via the United States Postal Service using First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the item(s) ordered. In some cases, we may opt to send larger orders via Federal Express Ground service. Should you need expedited service, please contact us prior to completing your order online.
Fratline wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, the product delivered does not meet your expectations, please contact us via phone or email for a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. If you ordered a stock product that was the wrong size, you may return it for exchange, plus the cost of return shipping. Custom made items, such as fine jewelry and regalia cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
