Custom Chem-Etched Soft Enamel Lapel Pins are similar to Die Struck Soft Enamel in appearance. Your design is etched into sheet brass using acids and then plated. The recessed areas are hand filled with the brilliant enamels of your choice and then baked to harden. Smaller details can be achieved with this process than with die striking. An epoxy dome may be applied for a smooth feel but is not necessary for the durability of the emblem. Exact color matching is available with this process. Lapel pin price includes the following: FREE custom Die; Free Art Proof; up to five colors of enamel; gold, silver-nickel, copper or black plating; epoxy dome if desired; military or rubber clutch back; individual poly bag packaging.
