GREAT experience with this company. I ordered a ring and there was an issue with a third party company that caused a delay in the order. Shawn, the president, called me personally to let me know and went above and beyond to make it more than right. I will definitely use Fratline again in the future.

Shawn and his team of graphic designers were a pleasure to work with. We went from concept to design in a few days. Then, once we placed the order, we received it in a very few short weeks and a few days ahead of schedule. We'll go with Fratline Emblematics whenever we can.

I've ordered products from Fratline in the past and the quality was always excellent. I needed custom lapel pins so I decided to order them from Fratline and the whole experience was very positive. My original design wouldn't work for the type of pin I wanted and Shawn spent a lot of time, both over email and on the phone, helping me get it to work. The final product was PERFECT and I can't wait to start handing them out!

Very responsive to communications. The pandemic caused an issues with a supplier which took my order a little longer than expected but they kept me updated on the progress. The custom product was very superior in quality and made the wait well worth it! I highly recommend this company, their service is second to none!

My original Masonic ring lost the whole face and I was devastated. I scoured local jewelry stores for a replacement but no one handled the prized ring. I finally resorted to an online purchase and I was sceptical since it was such a significant purchase. My first phone contact with Mr Shawn Warren put me at ease. He worked closely with me to be certain I would be satisfied with the final design. My custom ring arrived today and it is better than I imagined.

I had name badges made by Fratline Emblematics-I explained the idea and they came up with the design. Shawn was very helpful with the process and I am very pleased with the outcome. Upon receiving it, found that it was very light weight and beautiful.

Fratline helped me take an image that was in my head and turn it into a lapel pin that turned out PERFECT on the first draft! It came in right on time and everyone loves it. I just hope I ordered enough!

If possible, there would be negative stars. Ordered on Jan 24. Requested update on Mar 2-was told that pins would be shipping week of Mar8-12. Requested 2nd update on Mar 17-was told the pins had arrived at their facility & would ship out the next day. On Mar 18 was notified that order was on the way & included a tracking number. Tracking number says that a label was created but not shipped. Online order tracking says order is still "processing". Two months without straightforward answers & my event is in 4 days.

I had the privilege of working with Fratline when my husband and I started working on our pins for 2021. Shawn couldn’t have been more accommodating. I sent him pics of our ideas and he ran with it. My husband is a pharmacist so his pin is a pill bottle with his name, our Shrine name and all of his toys—motorcycle, drag boat and corvette pics on it. He loves it. Mine is a red, white and blue boot with a Star in the center of the boot.

Thank You for the beautiful design and prompt service. The pins are a perfect size and they are easy to read because the letters are raised with a contrasting background.

I have ordered several items over the years which included custom made pins, cups, patches, shirts and jewelry. Shawn is awesome to work with very helpful with the design process. I have dealt with the large Masonic regalia companies and they don’t compare to the personal service you get with a family owned business!!!! I would recommend Fratline for all your Fraternal needs!!!

I have been working with M. Warren & Co, particularly with Shawn for more than a decade. He has done many pins for us in a variety of mediums. The quality, detail and customer service are second to none. They did my Potentate's pin and First Lady's pin this year in a different style and to say I was please is an understatement. I have received so many compliments on the detail and colors all the while the pin is 1 3/8" tall. Beautiful We are life long customers.
